Happiness is...seeing Dharma, the cutest little girl I know;
having Lauren, the next cutest girl I know, tell me she wants to live with me;
watching a judge grant an adoption;
knowing that I have helped a child find happiness;
being with friends.

- I work with children that come from homes with abuse/neglect as an adoption caseworker. Seeing the happiness of children and their new families at the adoption hearing has to be some of the best moments of my life. I have made many friends through online forums and they are the reason I started this blog. I hope to make many more. I also have the two sweetest granddaughters anyone could imagine. I am lucky to get to spend lots of time with them.

Thank you sista, I can't begin to tell you what it means to me to have friends from home to keep me sane up here. Well as sane as I'm ever gonna be :D
